How wrong the dealer?

Recently, I rented a new 2009 Audi A4, I have no history credit, but I made the case anyway. Day after they ask me to fax my phone bill with my current address qc verify my identity, so I did and I try to contact them to see how the status of my lease. My questions are: when they left the u car drive away, that means I am approved by the dealer? or the bank? who owns the car today, the broker or bank? How do I know which bank owns the car? If the car is not the seller, Why am I bothered to contact or speak to them? Because I am worried about the person who does the financing in the garage never come back to me

The car dealership is owned by the lender to fund lease. Then it becomes the property of the lender. However, all correspondence is with the director of finance at the dealership.
