convert car OEM stereo to accept usb(mp3) input?
My 1999 Audi A4 has the oem concert Bose stereo and a cd changer in the boot. i dont want to have to change the stereo as i like the flush look of the standard stereo so was wondering what is the cheapest way to get the oem stereo to read a usb stick full of mp3's???

but then i also came across these two and wondered if they would work just connected straight up to the stereo (the stereo is blaupunkt and the amp and speakers are bose)

it would be cheaper and sound better if you got a new deck with an auxillry imput from walmart for like 40$
