Tough college decision! My parents are bribing me! I need advice!!! PLEASE help ME!!?
Ok, so my parents don't want me to go far away for college. I live in Southeastern Massachusetts and got accepted to a college in Manhattan, New York, on the Upper East Side. It is about 3 1/2 hours away from where I live in Massachusetts (by car)! I really want to go to school in NYC!...I love the city and have always wanted to live there! On top of that, the college gave me a 25,000.00 scholarship for 4 years!

This is where the bribe kicks in! My parents told me that if I went to a state school (about 1 hour away from my house), they would pay tuition, room and board, AND they would buy me this 2004 Audi A4 Convertible!..it has 38,000 miles and is beautiful!

Right now I have an 01' Nissan Altima GLE..and I love it, but I would love the Audi even more!

NYC or Audi?

NYC - for sure!

You will most likely regret it if you don't go. Think of it this way......in 5 yrs you don't want to be thinking " I wish I went away to NYC" and lived my dream, but..........in 5 yrs if you should happen to think I wish I had that Audi...well then go buy one! You can get a car anytime! After a year or so of having that car you'll be wanting something else anyways - that is replaceable / attainable at any time. Going to school at NYC is not.
You'd be a fool to pick the car, sorry.
