OBD Sensor Codes and what they mean?

My car recently failed inspection for the following reasons:
P0441- Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
P1136- No Description Available (Likely Manufacturer Specific)
P0455- Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (gross leak)
P0422- Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)(5)

The car is a 1997 Audi A4 quattro.

I don't really know cars, so telling me how to fix it won't help me unless it is very simple. I would like to know what needs to be done and how much it will cost.

Any other answers/opinions. Thanks to the person that did reply.

well it looks like you have a leak in your evap system, maybe a canister, or solenoid problem. Most likely it is a gas cap or a hole in a rubber hose. the converter code means you need a new catalytic converter about nine times out of ten.

You need to go to a import repair shop or a audi dealer to get it checked out because your gas mileage should have dropped.

There are a small number of 1994 and 1995 model year gasoline vehicles that are also compliant. To see if your car is OBD II compliant, check the Vehicle Emissions Control Information Label which is located under the hood or by the radiator of most vehicles...
