Stupid car!?
Well, I bought a car a year ago (2001 Audi A4 quatro turbo) for which I pay $ 435 monthly x 48 months. Almost he immediately started breaking on me, after 3 repairs, I stopped driving it, since I have my old car, so during 6 months I was driving my old car. I am a little tired of driving old Nissan maxima, so I went back to Audi, the second day to go to work poor car has really started to make noise and I noticed oil leaking from underneath the car. So now I'm rich edifice paying for the car that I drive and that breaks down all the time. Thats where my problem is: how can I remove w / o hurting my credit history? I asked about law lemon, but unfortunately it applyes only for cars new. If you guys know a way to help me, I would really apreciate it. Thank you.
You need to know what the payment is for the rest of loan. I think you need to pay to be able to get rid of the Audi. Other than letting them repo it, I see no other options, and if it gets your credit suffers repo'd (as you mentioned already). It's too bad you did not manage to verify by a mechanic before buying.
