NEED HELP WITH A CAR I PLAN ON BUYING(1996 AUDI A4 2.8 5 speed manual quattro)????!!!!?

It is black in color, manual 5 speed transmission, upgraded clarion cd player, All-Wheel-Drive, black leather interior in great condition, has decent tires, good brakes (discs), power windows, been lowered in the front 2 inches. The BAD = Power door locks don't work, salvaged title, sunroof needs motor, windshield washers don't work, cracked windshield, small drain on battery from radio. When the battery is charged it runs great (i drove it yesturday), and it drove fine... Didn't overheat or anything. The book value of it is $4,100. WILL TAKE 1800 for it
